Mitchell Family,

I am beyond excited to share that I am returning to the campus and community where my journey with the Leadership Academy Network first began, as the proud principal of The Leadership Academy at Mitchell Boulevard. Coming back to Mitchell truly feels like coming home, and I could not be more honored or grateful for this opportunity.

As we move into the upcoming school year, my commitments to you are clear: being present and accessible, communicating clearly and consistently, and strengthening a sense of community across our campus. Strong schools are built through strong relationships and I believe deeply in the power of our shared purpose. I am deeply committed to our teachers, staff, students, and families, and I look forward to listening, learning, and working alongside you every step of the way. 

To our Leadership Academy at Mitchell Boulevard teachers and staff, incredible work has already been done here. The excellence, dedication, and heart you pour into this campus each day is evident, and I am honored to have been selected to continue that work with you. I cannot wait to build on the strong foundation that is already in place and to be part of the legacy of excellence that is Mitchell Boulevard

On a personal note, having my own little scholar benefit from your hard work, care, and commitment has been a privilege to witness. Watching her walk into this building each day excited and ready to learn speaks volumes about the positive environment and culture you have cultivated. That joy, that magic, is something I am eager to contribute to and help grow.

I cannot wait to serve this community, celebrate our successes, and work side by side with each and every one of you as we continue to do great things for our Mitchell Mustangs.
